Illustrating the world of Serco

Eager to expand their client base beyond local and national governments, Serco needed a new identity to better communicate its huge range of services. 

The new approach illustrates the benefit of their vast and varied experience — lessons learnt in one corner of the globe are used to improve often radically different services in other parts of the world.

Working with illustrator Robert Samuel Hanson, a set of items, vehicles, people and places were created and used as a kit-of-parts to generate a huge variety of scenes and settings.

Unfortunately, after political and organisational turmoil, the decision was taken to postpone the launch of the new visual and verbal approach.
